Okay, I told someone earlier that it was only 30 degrees. I lied. I checked the weather site today, and it was down to 19, and that was mid-morning. We changed it to Celsius for a foreign guest, and that's -7 degrees!!! Can you believe it?
Actually, it doesn't feel that much colder than when it was 30. The only difference is that it kind of burns when you breathe. But my nose doesn't get any more numb.
That's all. Nothing else interesting. Just the weather.

Spoken (or written) like a true Minnesotan! :)
It just got very cold here in NY, too. I have been away from MN for 8 years now and I have become completely unable to deal with falling temperatures.

I've been reading your blog for two days now and I'm hooked! (okay, not two days straight, just some here and there). My feet are starting to get itchy - must take a road trip, must take a road trip . . .
I love it!

It's a nice toasty 19 degrees in Southern Italy (that's in Celsius), and the high for tomorrow is supposed to be 23! -7 sounds like my idea of hell! (only isn't that supposed to be hot?) Beth honey, you're crazy out there in MN! I knew there was a reason to go South for the winter! Just didn't realize going East was so bad! Ciao.
