Beth Visits America

  • bethmap.jpg

  • Come see what Beth's up to! She's living in her pickup truck (lovingly known as Tach), and rambling the byways and backroads of America. When she has money, that is. When she runs out, she stops and gets a job until she can drive on again. Stop in here, add your comments, and wish her the best. And heck, if you have a driveway, can she sleep in it?

GREAT! Glad to hear the rec center thing works for you :) Hey, you are working long hours lady, nothing wrong with a hotel/motel room when you feel like it!

Theresa

Glad to see that you're still at it, and things seem to be going well. We're finally getting that weather that I was sure you'd bring with you - no school or work today, it's fab-yoouuu-lous!

Jeff

Hey you,

Glad to see you enjoying yourself again. Just remember, an apple a day keeps the bugs away. Wait. That's not right. I think it's a windshield that keeps bugs away. What's an apple keep away? Doctors? Republicans? Oh, wait, I know, prunes! Apples keep the prunes away! Glad I remembered

swim, swim, swim, says the person who loves the water and hasn't had an accessible pool in months. but warning..........not all pools have actual, use it to clean yourself showers. a random few have nothing, some only have a deck shower. as an avid swimmer and former swim teacher, check it out before you dive, esp. cause pools can be pretty shady depending on anything.
but yes, swim, swim, swim, you're in florida for christs' sake, state of sun and sea, and not to forget bikinis.
p.s. i find it hard to believe you haven't seen either movie formerly mentioned in notes...somehow i feel let down beth, what can i say you should be as well seen as me, then again i haven't seen jesus christ, vampire killer, so i guess i shouldn't talk.
swim, swim, swim. toodles.

...gambit????...gambit??????...did you put in his accent as well :^)...if they don't have showers take a bar of soap with you in the pool - I'm sure they won't mind :^)...

Yay rec center! I hate bugs too. Especially waspy looking things that are huge. they usually buzz and sting, and I don't want to deal with that.

They have to have a shower at the rec center.I wish I could swim every morning before work! Fun times.
