Didn't post yesterday, but LOVED the trip, thanks so much.

And...I get a whee! Finished the shawl this evening, pics up tomorrow. (You would probably love love love the colorway of this yarn, btw. It reminds me very strongly of a piece of Venetian carnival glass my mom has. Hope my camera can capture it.)

Dang! I was sick and missed the field trip! Your pictures bring hella good memories of vacations a few years back. My bro lived in San Mateo for several years and I visited him a few times. He worked, so I rambled by day and partied by night. Best times of my life.
