Sister Bethy got the job at the hostel! I tell everyone and myself that I'm not really worried about her, but it sure was with an odd sense of unexpected relief that I realize she's inside, away from the cold. Dang. Happy. Go read. She rocks.

Rachel...off topic for this post but I wanted to say I know of what you speak with regard to the Ocular Migraine...I have had classic migraines since I was 17...loss of vision / with visual distrubances AND the head pain. The eye stuff IS really scary...no matter how many times I've gone through it I'm always scared it's never going to stop. I'd take the headache without the eye stuff anyday...
